Cancellation Policy
1. Changing a date or time
Free up to 24 hours before the scheduled start, in the app. Inside 24 hours, a change is treated as a cancellation and rebooking, and travel or samagri already incurred may be retained.
2. Cancelling
Full refund outside 24 hours; inside 24 hours, the retained amount is shown before you confirm. The refund policy carries the detail and the two pages are two renderings of one policy.
3. If a pandit cancels
A replacement of the same language and tradition is offered before the muhurat, or the booking is refunded in full.
4. Repeated cancellations
A pattern of late cancellations on either side is reviewed — for pandits it affects the quality check; for devotees it may require prepayment.
