1. Who we are
BookMyPandiit Technologies Pvt Ltd operates bookmypandiit.com and the BookMyPandiit mobile app. We are a marketplace: we list independent pandits, verify them under the six checks described on our trust and safety page, and collect payment on their behalf. We do not perform rituals ourselves.
2. What this website does
This website is informational. No booking, payment, account or login exists on it. Every booking is made in the mobile app, and the price shown on any page here is the price the app charges for the same package in the same city on the same date.
3. Bookings and prices
A booking is a contract between you and the pandit, arranged through us. The package price, samagri, travel, platform fee and GST are itemised before payment. We do not add charges after a booking is confirmed unless you change the booking, and any change is priced and approved in the app first.
4. What we do not promise
We make no claim, on any surface, that a ritual produces a worldly outcome. Descriptions of pujas on this site are statements of traditional or scriptural significance only. Nothing here should be read as a promise about health, wealth, marriage, employment, litigation, travel or any other result.
5. Conduct
Pandits accept a code of conduct that prohibits asking for money at your door, sharing personal contact details to route bookings outside the platform, and any conduct that is disrespectful to a family. Devotees are asked to provide a safe space for the ritual. Breaches on either side can end the relationship with us.
6. Temple sevas
Where a temple has a live signed agreement with us, its sevas are described as the temple’s own and its charges are passed through in full. Where no such agreement exists, no page describes anything as an official or authorized temple service, and what we arrange is an independent pandit.
7. Your data
We collect what a booking needs: name, mobile number, address of the venue, and the ritual details you give us. We do not sell it. Deletion is available at any time from the account deletion page, including without reinstalling the app.
8. Liability
Our liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not a party to the religious content of a ritual, which is a matter between you, your pandit and your family’s tradition.
9. Governing law and grievances
