Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by you
More than 24 hours before the scheduled start: refunded in full. Inside 24 hours: the pandit’s travel and any samagri already bought may be retained, and the amount is shown before you confirm the cancellation.
2. Cancellation by the pandit
You are offered a replacement of the same language and tradition, or a full refund — your choice, made in the app.
3. If the puja could not be completed
Report it in the app within 24 hours. Payment has not left our hands at that point; it is refunded while we investigate.
4. How refunds reach you
To the original payment method, within five to seven working days of approval. The refund shows as its own line in the booking.
5. What is never charged
No booking fee, no cancellation fee outside 24 hours, and no surge pricing on muhurat mornings or festival days.
