1. What we collect
What a booking needs and nothing beyond it: your name, mobile number, the venue address, the ritual details you give us, and — where you choose to provide them — gotra, nakshatra and birth details used in the sankalp.
2. Why we collect it
To arrange the booking, to pay the pandit, to raise a tax invoice, and to support you if something goes wrong. We do not sell personal data and we run no third-party advertising or analytics scripts on this website.
3. Ritual details
Gotra, nakshatra and birth details are encrypted with a key unique to your account. When you ask for deletion, that key is destroyed and the data becomes unreadable.
4. Retention
Deletion removes your account data within seven days. Invoices, tax records and audit entries are kept for the statutory periods set out on the account-deletion page, which renders the same schedule this policy uses.
5. Your rights under the DPDP Act
Access, correction, erasure and grievance redressal. Write to [email protected] or use the account-deletion page; our grievance officer acknowledges data requests within 24 hours.
6. Cookies
This website sets no tracking cookies. Your chosen city and language are stored in your own browser and never leave it.
