How BookMyPandiit works

Five steps, and what happens to your money at each.

The website is where you read; the app is where you book. Nothing here takes a payment, and the price on this site is the price the app charges.

  1. Search

Find the puja by name, occasion or city — every page here is a guide to what you are booking.

  2. Select & book

Pick a named pandit and a muhurat window. Booking happens on the app.

  3. Secure payment

Pay the itemised price. The money is held, not paid out.

  4. Service delivered

The pandit arrives, performs the vidhi, and the family confirms completion with an OTP.

  5. Review & repeat

Payment is released to the pandit. Your review helps the next family choose.

Payment released after completion

Your payment sits with us — not with the pandit — until the puja is done and confirmed with an OTP the family reads out. After a 24-hour window, the package price reaches the pandit in full.

Replacement support

If a pandit cannot come, we offer another of the same language and tradition before the muhurat, and you approve the swap. If you would rather not proceed, the booking is refunded.

Nothing collected at the door

Dakshina is inside the package price. If anyone asks for more in person, report it in the app — the booking is refunded while we look into it.

Questions about the process

Can I book on the website?

No. The website has no cart, no checkout and no login by design. Booking happens in the app, where the slot hold, the OTP and the payment protection live.

Every pandit, checked by name

Payment is released to the pandit only after OTP-verified completion. Replacement support if a pandit cancels.
