What decides the cost of a Asthi Visarjan
The immersion is an hour and a half, and at most tirthas it is done from a boat, which is arranged by the family and is not part of the quote. Milk, Ganga water and the panchagavya are the material. Where the same visit carries a tarpan or the first shraddh rites, those are separate rites and are quoted separately.
What is different in Darbhanga
Most rites here are kept at home, so travel is the main variable and the temple charge rarely applies.
